SHIPPING
At the moment we are only offering shipping options within Australia. If you live Internationally and wish to make a purchase, please contact hello@byclairemonique.com to organise a private sale and shipping arrangement. If you are afraid of missing out on a specific artwork, select local pickup, process the sale and send us an email. You will be responsible for paying the relevant calculated shipping costs within 3 days of receiving a quote of the shipping costs or the sale will be forfeited. All artworks are packaged for protection and shipped using Australia Post unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, location and packaging requirements.
A5 artworks and earrings will be shipped UNTRACKED unless the REGISTERED POST option is chosen when selecting shipping options at checkout.
All other artworks include tracking in the shipping cost.
Free local pickup is available by appointment from RYE and RINGWOOD, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA. Please email hello@byclairemonique.com after making your purchase to arrange a time, including your order number in the subject line.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped / pickup time to be arranged.
**Due to COVID19 there may be a longer than usual transit time between when your package is sent and received. Because of this, there is currently no Express Post option as we cannot guarantee the timeframe for delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
RETURNS
To ensure your satisfaction, please be sure to carefully read the details of all product listings including measurements, materials, colour intensity and other specifications. While we absolutely do our best to represent all artworks and products clearly and accurately, we cannot take responsibility for customer oversight when reading a product listing or colour variation due to screen brightness etc. If you are unsure of any specifics please contact us for clarification, and refer to our Instagram for further photos and videos of the items available for purchase.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be processed after purchase due to change of mind. Any concerns regarding quality or suspected damage to a delivery must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email or the Contact form on this website.
